Condo hotel will be comprise 120 units which are one or two bedroom apartments with built area varying from 39 to 120 m². The hotel is designed for six floors — 1st up to 5th and underground parking. The apartments will have their own patios with green plants or spacious terraces with greenery. Apartments on the top floor will have spectacular terraces and Jacuzzi. On the first floor there will be a luxurious lobby zone with a-la-carte bar, conference and banquet hall. There will be also a winter garden and SPA with open and closed swimming pool.

38 luxury villas (3-5 bedrooms) will be serviced and branded at 5-star international standards with spa & wellness facilities. They will offer plenty of outside space, very large terraces with spectacular and unobstructed sea views.
